**To strengthen our team, we are currently sourcing an eVapor Brand Marketing Manager**
**Role Overview**
The **eVapor Brand Marketing Manager** is responsible for leading the strategic development of the eVapor category’s brand identity and tone of voice across all communications. This role drives the creation of brand strategies and campaigns that build awareness, acquisition, and retention, delivering measurable business impact.
It requires strong strategic leadership, creative excellence, and the ability to translate global frameworks into locally resonant initiatives across all channels and touchpoints, both offline and online.**
**Key Accountabilitie**
**Strategic Brand Leadership**
- Define and own the brand strategy for the category, translating global toolboxes into locally relevant narratives and master assets
- Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure strategic coherence, brand consistency, and consumer focus across Trade, Digital, CRM, Consumer Engagement, and Training
- Act as a senior advisor to stream owners and commercial leads, ensuring brand consistency and strategic impact
**Integrated Campaign Development**
- Architect the annual brand campaign calendar, integrating category priorities with channel-specific strategies and consumer engagement plans
- Champion innovation in campaign design, leveraging consumer insights to address pain points and elevate brand equity
**Consumer and Market Intelligence**
- Lead market and consumer research initiatives to inform brand strategy and messaging
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that anticipate market shifts and position the brand ahead of competitors
**Performance and Impact Monitoring**
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track brand performance across channels
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and accountability
**Regulation and Marketing Code**
- Ensure all brand communications comply with local regulations and internal marketing codes
- Lead DRG/BMR approval processes with mínimal oversight, acting as the senior point of contact
**Requirements**:
- Business school degree with specialization in Marketing
- 5 to 7 years of experience in brand marketing and communications, preferably in FMCG, beverages, beauty, or luxury industries
- Proven ability to lead brand strategy and integrated campaign development
- Strong understanding of consumer insights and market dynamics
- Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
- Fluent in English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus
