- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales environment

**Requirements**:
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for selling FinEvents products and services to existing accounts in the French market. Additionally, you will ensure our relationships with existing accounts are nurtured to drive sales acceleration opportunities along with retention strategies, inclusive of upsell and cross-sell, according to the sales strategy and targets.
**1.Build and nurture relationships with existing clients**:
- Map out each client
- s organization with all decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders to be in touch with
- Be in regular contact with existing clients throughout the year, share relevant content with them and nurture relationships with their influencers/decision-makers in order to seize all sales opportunities
- Update the client's organisational map with key contacts (decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders) to be in touch with
**2. Upsell and cross-sell**:
- Conduct pitch meetings with existing clients and qualify their needs
- Liaise with a FinEvents expert to define the project scope, allocate resources and decide on the best strategy to offer the client
- Delegate and supervise the budget creation and the proposal presentation to the sales assistant
- Liaise with the experts for a final review of the client proposal and budget
- Follow up all proposals sent to the client, and share client’s feedback and update to the sales assistant and project team
- Confirm and formalize all projects won with the client through the engagement documents and the invoicing process
**3.Ensure smooth delivery of the project**:
- Organise the internal and client kickoff meetings
- Supervise the overall project execution and smooth delivery
- Be in regular contact with the client during the execution phase to get feedback and provide updates to the team (budget, additional costs )
- Review the final costs of the project with the Project Director and get final approval from the client.
- Share the final costs with the client (if needed), get the client’s approval
- Set up an internal feedback call with the project team
- Run the internal and client post-event feedback meetings to wrap up the event, share successes and discuss areas for improvement.
**4. Marketing**:
- Attend relevant conferences/events/summits for networking purposes
- Build relationships with Finance/PE/VC associations
- Follow your client’s activity on social media, share, like and comment it
You may also be occasionally asked to **support our Business Development team** in selling FinEvents products and services to prospects and in that context help approaching the market by:
- Map the prospect’s organization with all decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders to be in touch with
