We are specialized in the real estate industry (Proptech) and present in Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and very soon in Germany. Our main clients (more than 1500) are European firms in real estate property management. We are looking for one Customer Success Manager with a strong experience of SAAS business. homePad has immediate opening position for a "Customer Success Maanger" with 3-5 years of experiences. The Customer Success Manager will be part of the Paris (17e) operations team. **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Establish customer support best practice - Provide technical and product support - Implement automated on-boarding and fellow up with our customers - Staying up-to-date with all recent Customer Success Manager best practice - Manage and administrate the contracts of our customers - Supervise employees - Improve the upsalle and cross-sell process **Technical Skills** - Highly proficient with Customer Success practices - Good understanding of SAAS business model and support - Intercom / Zoho CRM / Mailing experience - Experience withing a Proptech company **Personal Requirements** - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a team setting. - Autonomous worker, able to work independently and intuitive to our needs. - Fluent in English and French (German a plus). **Minimum Requirements** - 3 years of experience as Customer Success Manager in a SAAS company. - French, English (fluent) and German (a plus) - Good knowledge of web and mobile environment **Cultural Fit** - Flexibility and motivation. - Strong team spirit, transparent communication and self-management. - You like Swiss chocolate : ) - Quest for constant learning. **Why working at homePad ?** As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be part of homePad team from your very first day where you will find a young, supportive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, entrepreneurial and highly connected environment that will help you to develop the essential core skills to be relevant to clients.
