**THE ROLE**:
Within the Group Human Resources Department, you will work in tandem to support the development of job and organizational frameworks for the entire group, as well as the main HR projects that rely on these frameworks.
WHAT ER YOU GOING TO DO?
Support business units and HR in the evolution of the Group’s jobs by maintaining and developing the job framework
Analyze HR system data to understand how jobs are used across the Group
Contribute to building HR capabilities in the use of frameworks
Support the development of the organizational framework in collaboration with HR
Actively participate in improving the use of job and organizational frameworks to positively impact HR data quality
Support HR projects that make use of these frameworks
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5)
Strong analytical mindset and comfortable with data analysis
Fluent in spoken and written English
Comfortable working with different HR teams
Proficient in IT and office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
