It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Innovation Project Manager (IPM) reports to Innovation PMO Lead within the Stationery R&D function. The Innovation Project Manager provides End to End project management for the cross-functional project team to successfully deliver the new and/or updated products to Markets worldwide. The IPM is accountable to lead the project team reps to create, track and complete a project plan that drives the products to market. IPM is a leader of leaders in a matrix organization tasked with leading strategic initiative to yield achievement of BIC Group goals spanning the next 5+ years. **The responsibilities are**: - Lead excellence in planning and execution throughout the Project lifecycle- Align schedule of project with Program goals and milestones (Toll Gates)- Lead in the creation of the project charter to clearly define requirements and KPIs that will drive project scope.- Create and maintain a project timeline with defined critical path- Lead risk management process with delivery of aligned risk assessments and mitigations plans- Ensure qualification & production execution plans are developed, agreed, & followed by the defined team from inception to delivery- Prepare project status reports and drives alignment when new challenges are present (incl. scope changes & implications) within the project team, across stakeholders and with Senior Management.- Align with Program Marketing Leader to ensure global project objectives and key milestones are being achieved throughout program lifecycle (via leadership of regular Program Team Meetings and interaction with the Senior Leadership - C Suite).- Track day-to-day progress of project, addresses potential slippage, and identify opportunities for acceleration and avoiding possible bottlenecks.- Ensure options are generated to resolve issues and present alternative approaches and strategies to gain cross functional alignment; escalate issues as appropriate to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner.- Capture and maintain records of Program and lead lessons learned process to capture key learnings for the organization.- External management of industrial partners and suppliers via procurement partnership **QUALIFICATIONS**- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in science (e.g. Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial management, IT etc.) or bachelor’s in business management, or New Product Introduction (NPI)- - Considered a plus PMP/ Prince 2 certification and work experience in several departments / functions that demonstrate a cross-disciplinary skill set / mind set (Operations, Consulting, Business Dev.)- Fluency in English BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
