**COMPANY BACKGROUND**
The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) was created by and for members and operates as a member-driven non-profit entity. FS-ISAC provides vital information to the financial services sector to assist financial firms in protecting their critical infrastructure assets and confidential information.

This position is reporting to the Global Intelligence Officer. The Regional Director, France acts as a key representative of FS-ISAC with a specific focus on France.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Act as a representative for FS-ISAC in France, participating in local industry events, meetings and engaging bilaterally with financial institutions.
- Retain existing members and drive member engagement by developing, nurturing, and growing the information sharing and resilience communities within FS-ISAC. This includes ownership of local member meetings, calls and a strong contribution to the European Summit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and buy in with key member stakeholders including CISOs and other executives at C suite level.
- Drive the growth of the FS-ISAC membership by supporting the business development team when needed as a security practitioner and local representative. This will require close collaboration with the FS-ISAC BusDev team.
- Nurture and build partnerships and relationships with regulators and other government agencies, CERTs, associations, law enforcement and other key regional stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the FS-ISAC Global Intelligence Office (GIO) and FS-ISAC Resilience team for services relevant to France.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Cybersecurity or cyber risk practitioner with strong understanding of operational resilience and risk management.
- 10+ years exposure to the financial services sector and understanding of financial services business processes relevant to cybersecurity and cybercrime.
- Ability to forge and maintain strong relationships within the community at a senior level.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the local region’s Financial Services sector with a focus on sectoral business resilience, information sharing and incident response activities.
- Strategic thinking thought leadership and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Team leadership, business operations and project management experience.
- Master's degree or equivalent work experience preferred in a related field.
- Certifications in IT Risk and Security an advantage but not required
