A leader in city bikes and electric bikes since 2002, Holland Bikes offers a wide choice of quality bikes and accessories, as well as a professional maintenance and repair service for all brands. Holland Bikes is also France's leading bicycle rental company, with more than 100,000 customers served in 2024 across its rental fleets located throughout France and in New York.
The planning team is responsible for forecasting demand and managing the organization of our guided tours and rentals in France, focusing initially on the Île de France region.
We improve customer experience, processes and solutions. We work closely with the different sites and form a global team that helps and supports each other.
We are looking for our International Customer Service Assistant for the high season, i.e. from June 1 to August 31. Your main mission will be to guide customers to the best service and guarantee their satisfaction.
Tasks
Assisting the team, you will present our products and service as a true Holland Bikes ambassador
You'll learn how to welcome and guide international customers over the phone and give them the best possible experience, by renting our bikes and/or booking a guided tour.
- Demand forecasting: Collaborate with the planning team and tour guides to forecast and plan tours and rental bookings months in advance.
- Resource management: Plan and maintain the appropriate number of guides available to ensure that all our tours are operational.
- Customer experience: Contribute to our customers' experience by being proactive and efficient in anticipating and resolving issues that may arise.
- Contribute to maintaining the quality of the rental bike fleet: Collaborate with the team of cycle mechanics to maintain a fleet of bikes ready to go at all times.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual in English (imperative)
- Interested in the tourism industry and aware of the specifics of the job in terms of working hours and days. (You will work weekends and have two days off.)
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator within internal and external teams, not afraid to push boundaries and follow through on projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data to understand business trends and provide forward vision.
