Le Spécialiste en Administration de Systèmes (Systems Management Specialist - SMS) se chargera des fonctions suivantes:
- Installations, mises à niveau et gestion de la résolution des problèmes Support en cours
- Prise en charge des problèmes critiques en binôme
Le Spécialiste en Administration des Systèmes est part d'une organisation mondiale, dans le cadre de ses fonctions il peut être amené à voyager (en France et à l'international)
**Principales Responsabilités**
**Gestionnelles**
- Assurer la liaison avec le client et/ou les services internes concernant les demandes techniques en cours
- Gérer les installations et les mises à niveau des logiciels
Gérer la résolution de tout problème de Support en cours
**Opérationnelles**
- Fournir un support technique pour les problèmes système, les interfaces, la migration des données, les mises à niveau et les nouvelles installations
Fournir un support technique pour le dépannage et l'analyse des performances
**Qualifications**
Connaissance des OS LINUX et Windows
**Objectifs**
- Expérience de résolution de problèmes complexes
- Administration des serveurs d'installations, mises à niveau et maintenance des serveurs
- Etre capable de configurer de nouveaux sites, de mise en place des systèmes dans les hôpitaux, cliniques et laboratoires
Participer aux activités projet impliquant une collaboration avec d'autres équipes techniques de notre entreprise

**Obligatoire**
Obtention d'un Diplôme universitaire en cours
