**Our mission** **Kombo** is developing the new transport booking platform. Our mission: to organize transport information on a global level and offer the best routes to everyone. Kombo allows people to move by buying train, bus or flight tickets. The team is composed of 12 highly committed people from 5 nationalities. France-based, we are conquering Europe before expanding to other continents. At Kombo, you will be in charge of controlling and managing the finance of a multi-million business, by working closely with the CEO, the suppliers, and the accountants. More than that, you will be a Business Partner in the fast growth of our startup, by co-building the strategy with the founders and helping them day to day in developing the business by solving various challenges. Your missions: **Finance**: - Be a close partner to the accounting team and make the link with Kombo - Guarantee an accurate and efficient follow up of the spendings - Guarantee an efficient management of the payments - Deliver a monthly analysis (P&L) - Define the finance strategy on the short and long term, in collaboration with the founders. **Business Partner**: - Elaborate forecast (activity, result, cash) - Manage the relationships with partners in France and in Europe - Being able to make strong data analysis to investigate any issue/improvement that can be done - Support product and tech teams in strategic projects (new product, new country, new provider etc.) Managing HR and administration would be a plus. **Profile** - You have 1-5 years of experience in a finance department, a bank, in audit, in consulting, or in a startup / scale-up. - You are autonomous and you like taking initiatives, for example to improve processes. - You master Google Sheets/Excel (SQL is a strong plus) - Fluent English and French are mandatory **Recruitment Process** - Human fit call of 30 minutes - Take-home assignment - CEO interview 60 minutes - Final steps & offer **Additional Information** - Contract Type**:Full-Time**: - Location**:Paris**: - Education Level**:Master's Degree**: - Experience**:> 2 years**: - **Paris / Hybrid** is possible Type d'emploi : CDI Statut : Cadre Rémunération : 45 000,00€ à 60 000,00€ par an Avantages: - Flextime - Intéressement et participation - Prise en charge du transport quotidien - RTT Horaires: - Du lundi au vendredi - Travail en journée Expérience: - Finance d'entreprise: 1 an (Optionnel) Langue: - Anglais (Optionnel) Lieu du poste : Télétravail hybride (75013 Paris 13e)
