**H/F E - Key Account Manager junior**

Implanté dans le Gard (30) depuis 1944, le Groupe Eminence est à la fois un industriel français fabricant et distributeur sur le marché de sous-vêtements, maillots de bain et pyjamas. Au fil des décennies le groupe s’est imposé en tant que leader du sous vêtement masculin grâce à ses deux marques propres Eminence et Athena. Nous recherchons, un ou une
**E-Key Account Manager junior**, en alternance, au sein de notre Siège Social basé à Aimargues (30)

**Responsabilités opérationnelles**

**_1/ Commerce_**

**Double responsabilité : développer le sell-in ET le sell out**
- Négocier les référencements en phase avec les priorités commerciales et marketing
- Négocier les plannings promotionnels et les mises en avant
- Négocier les accords commerciaux et financiers dans le respect de la politique commerciale de l’entreprise
- Participer à la stratégie de visibilité - naturelle et payante - de nos marques et produits chez les partenaires
- Fournir aux clients / partenaires tous supports publicitaires internes dans le cadre de mise en avant ponctuelle ou permanente de nos marques / produits

**_2/ Gestion_**
- Gestion budgétaire des clients / partenaires
- Veiller au respect des accords commerciaux
- Mise en place et suivi de tableaux de bord sur les principaux KPI’s
- Organiser les rendez-vous / négociations clients en intégrant les contraintes des autres services et organisations de la Société
- Mettre en place un point récurrent avec les clients : bilan business, leviers à court terme, stocks

- Sens relationnel

- Aptitudes à la négociation
- Rigueur
- Capacités rédactionnelles (forme et fond) et orales
- Capacité d’analyse
- Connaissances dans le e-commerce : référencement, principaux KPI’s
- Anglais usuel
- Connaissances en marketing
- Environnement Google, Pack Office
