**What you'll do**:

- Ensure the daily management of AP and AR related workflows
- Monitor bookkeeping and prepare payments with Spendesk
- Work closely with external accountants to ensure the closing deadlines and quality standards are met
- Participate in the financial month-end closing process to ensure all required financial data is reconciled, documented, and disclosed in a timely manner
- Researching and resolving vendor and invoice issues
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Be an active stakeholder of the implementation of a new ERP
- Build relationships with key business partners
- Carry out any Ad Hoc project concerning the accounting or any other financials
- Be a driving force for the continuous improvement of existing processes and the quality of finance

**Who you are**:

- 3 years or more in an accounting firm or an accounting department, work experience in a high-growth start-up would be a plus
- Proven experience in accounting under French standards in an international environment
- Advanced capabilities and skills in Excel and Google Suite
- English required: you have at least a B2 level of English
- Tools: Proficiency in NetSuite would be a plus
