Description du poste
Reporting to the Global R&D Director, and interfacing with the international teams of Research, Marketing & Technical Development, Regulatory Affairs and Production, you have an international R&D skill in the field of BioSolutions. You have the capacity to drive innovation, coordinate R&D projects to feed our bio nutrition and bio stimulation portfolio. Meanwhile your scientific leadership will support the project teams and sales operations for the products already marketed.
You have 2 main roles within the organization.
- As R&D project manager for bio nutrition and bio stimulation futur development, you will be responsible for the management of the project and the coordination of your team(s), with the goal of driving innovation and developing new products.
- As a project team member (e.g., marketing), you support the project manager and act as the R&D representative, bringing the scientific knowledge on the product to create differentiation and train the team or the customers.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:PhD in Plant physiology, microbial ecology of soil and plant, Microbiology, agronomy, you have 5 years' experience acquired in an international company and in project management in the field of biostimulation and/or bionutrition
**Experience**:A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
**Languages **:French, fluent in English
A self-driven person, you are an excellent communicator and have an eye for detail. Your scientific approach is one of your strengths, as is your ability to fit into a team.

**Based in Beaucouzé (49), France, with 5-10% travel within Europe, North and Latin America mainly.**
