**Votre mission**

Nous accompagner dans l’organisation et la gestion de projets digitaux et contribuer à la mise en place de process de coordination entre les différentes équipes.
Encadré(e) par la Direction, bras droit du directeur de création et en collaboration avec les équipes clients et projets, vous assurerez à la fois la partie pilotage de projets et la partie trafic. Vos responsabilités:

- Piloter directement des projets clients stratégiques en étant une interface efficace entre les différents interlocuteurs et en vous assurant de la bonne marche des projets gérés.
- Anticiper, recenser et coordonner les besoins, s’assurer du suivi opérationnel : consommé, reste à faire, marge, productivité, risques, fidélisation client.
- Contribuer aux réponses à Appels d’Offre : estimations budgétaires, brainstorming, méthodologie, retro-planning, soutenances.
- Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction.
- En tant que creative traffic manager : proposer les profils les plus adéquats pour mener à bien les différents projets et gérer la relation avec ceux-ci : identification, entretiens, négociation, contrats, facturation, accompagnement, suivi et satisfaction client.

**Profil**
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une Agence de Communication ou une ESN sur un poste similaire.
- Excellente connaissance des process de gestion de projets, des outils bureautiques et de suivi de l’activité.
- Forte appétence pour la création et la créativité sous toutes ses formes.
- Sensible aux enjeux écologiques et à la dimension RSE.
- Vous êtes autonome, dynamique, précis(e), proactif(ve) et pragmatique.
- La négociation ne vous fait pas peur et vous maîtrisez l’art de créer et entretenir une relation professionnelle sur le court comme sur le long terme.

**Conditions**
- CDI.
- Prise de poste : dès que possible.
- Poste proposé dans nos bureaux parisiens (Métro CDG Etoile ou Ternes).
- Télétravail régulier et horaires souples.
- Équipe jeune, dynamique et internationale (New-York, Paris, Londres, Casablanca, Sofia, Dakar).
- Salaire selon profil.
