Skello’s ambition is to be the number one solution for shifted work teams in Europe. To achieve this, Skello raised a €40M Series B round of financing from expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) in order to bring ever more value to our clients through new features and to open up new markets, beyond our historic industries such as hospitality, retail and health.

**Context**

Skello is growing fast. To fuel this momentum, the Growth team runs constant experiments across outbound, automation, and content.

As a Growth Intern, you will play a key role in helping us generate new leads through a mix of prospecting tactics, smart tools, and original content creation. This is a unique opportunity to develop both analytical and creative skills in a fast-paced environment.

**What you will do**
- Launch outbound campaigns
- Identify and qualify leads by building smart workflows and enriching data
- Run A/B tests to improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions
- Propose and create short-form videos (if you are comfortable): social content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or paid UGC-style ads
- Edit, publish, and optimize your content with support from the Growth and Creative teams
- Analyze campaign and content performance to identify what works and scale it
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on business goals

**What we are looking for**
- Curious and creative mindset: you like trying new formats, tools, and ideas
- Comfortable working with AI, no-code, and automation tools or eager to learn fast
- Strong communicator, fluent in French (mandatory) and English
- Hands-on attitude: you’re not afraid to test, build, fail, and improve
- Bonus if you’ve used tools like: Webflow, Airtable, Lovable, Cursor, Notion API, Make, CapCut, TikTok, Canva
