MakiPeople is looking for a Growth Intern in Paris to support our Go-To-Market team starting January 2026 (ASAP from then).

You'll join a multidisciplinary Growth team on a clear mission: build and scale repeatable growth engines using data, automation, and smart experimentation.

We're looking for someone with strong business acumen and a builder mindset (technical skills are a big plus). This role fits a curious, proactive person who loves testing ideas, learning fast, and iterating again and again.

Your mission

You'll help us make sure our growth engine runs smoothly every day: processes, data flows, and automations. In parallel, you'll contribute to designing and scaling new growth playbooks: reaching the right company, at the right time, with the right message.

You'll sit at the intersection of Growth, Sales, and Marketing, working on topics like outbound, automation, SEO, and content distribution.

Main tasks

Outbound & pipeline generation

  • Design and launch new outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn campaigns, gifting programs, etc.) to create memorable experiences for prospects and generate qualified pipeline.

  • Review and optimise AI prompts and messaging for outbound (email, LinkedIn, cadences) to improve reply rates and overall performance.

  • Support AEs and SDRs before and after events: build attendee lists, prepare pre-/post-event sequences, and track impact.

Tools you'll use & learn: Lemlist, , LinkedIn, enrichment tools.

Data, targeting & lead generation infrastructure

  • Identify and qualify the right accounts and contacts based on intent signals, ICP/verticals, and geographies.

  • Extract, clean, and enrich data from various websites and tools to build high-quality prospect lists.

  • Contribute to our lead generation infrastructure (scoring, triggers, routing, reporting).

Tools you'll use & learn: Salesforce, , BigQuery andspreadsheets.

Automation & internal tools

  • Build and maintain automations to support Sales, Marketing, and Operations (e.g. routing leads, triggering workflows, reporting).

  • Create simple internal tools to help less technical teams work faster and with fewer manual tasks.

Tools you'll use & learn: n8n, Lovable, getCargo and API integrations.

SEO & digital marketing

  • Contribute to SEO projects to improve MakiPeople's website performance: keyword research, on-page optimisation, content briefs, tracking impact.

  • Help promote new content (blog posts, case studies, resources) across our owned (and earned to come) channels.

  • Support the creation and optimisation of landing pages for campaigns (ABM, content, events, product launches).

Your team

You will work closely with:

  • Vincent, Growth Manager

  • Ruben, Growth Manager

  • the GTM Team; sales team and other stakeholders

You'll have exposure to many teams and get a front-row seat on how a fast-moving AI startup builds its growth engine.

You're a great match if:
  • You're looking for a 6-month full-time internship starting January 2026 (apprenticeship can be considered, depending on school constraints).

  • You've had previous experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, scale-up, VC, consulting, or similar). Experience in SaaS or HR / AI is a plus

  • You're proactive and hands-on: you like to brainstorm for 30 minutes and then build, test, and iterate until it works.

  • You're comfortable with data and tools: manipulating spreadsheets, testing new SaaS tools, and documenting what you build.

  • You have some knowledge of automation or no-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, or similar) — or you're very motivated to learn quickly.

  • You write and speak fluently in English; French is a plus.

  • You are based in Paris (or willing to relocate) and can come regularly to our office at WeWork Trudaine.
