**Job Description**:
You’ll be part of the Product Management Team for the Account Management Service and will be **a key part of defining our set up and growth in France and across Europe**.
As **(Senior) Product Manager** you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. You can come as you are and be at your best at Nets. You’ll find the freedom to balance an exciting job with life outside of work.
Your key tasks and responsibilities are:
- Managing vision, strategy, long-term roadmap and development of the capabilities that are the building blocks for our products - addressing the customer and market needs
- Bring in your industry knowledge and insights to develop our overall offering
- Promote Account Management Service (AMS) products and solutions and support colleagues in the pre-sales, delivery, and implementation phases to ensure that the services provided by AMS are consistent with the commitments made
- Work with new and existing customers to define the optimum product set up and delivering on the vision
- Decompose business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap
- Work in close cooperation with business analysts and development teams to define the details behind the business requirements

Your qualifications include
- Strong Product management experience with at least 4 years’ experience working in cards and payments businesses from the issuer-side of the business
- Excellent communications skills verbally and in written in French and English
- Knowledge in one of the following areas will be considered as an advantage: Account and Card Management, Lending, Loyalty and Digital Customer Onboarding and Scoring
- Good technical understanding to complement the excellent commercial mindset
- Focused on creating slick processes, always aiming for simplicity and efficiency
In terms of personal qualities, you have gravitas and presence, you are action-oriented and pragmatic and come with a curious, ambitious, and positive mindset. You have a strong commercial mindset and understanding of customer needs and what drives excellent customer experience.
