- As our Head of Guest Knowledge & Engagement, you will lead a data-driven marketing strategy, focusing on the segmentation and analysis of our guests to understand their profiling, behaviours and preferences. You will also be designing and implementing customer engagement strategies and personalized experiences to foster loyalty and support growth

**What you will be doing**
- The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.

**Data Driven Loyalty Strategy**
- Compile regular analysis on guest behaviors, profiles and preferences
- Develop measures to track customer insights, profiling and user engagement
- Carry out meaningful customer segmentation in the B2C marketing programme through the use of data and analysis
- Manage a dashboard of information and data analytics to empower other teams and support better trading performance
- Manage trigger campaigns throughout the guest lifecycle to maximise sales
- Monitor and be responsible for legal issues surrounding consumer data, privacy and GDPR

**Guest Engagement Activities**
- **Drive**international and domestic footfall to the Village with the use of content and B2C programmes in accordance with the company's marketing strategy
- Develop the Programme’s value proposition and strategy
- Be responsible for the development and implementation of a communications calendar to execute campaigns that successfully engage with our guests and ultimately drive profit
- Design tactical campaigns and activities that will maximise revenue opportunities leveraging our database
- Plan, implement, and manage the performance of members-only commercial campaigns
- Design and execute key automated campaigns
- Support Private Client Team in the development of their activities
- Lead the Guest Knowledge and Engagement Team and be responsible for their performance and development

**Web Management Activities**
- Develop and implement a cohesive digital strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and business goals
- Utilize website analytics and user behavior data to identify areas of improvement and implement testing
- Oversee the development, execution and the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Stay updated on website design and user experience (UX) best practices, ensuring the website remains innovative and aligned with industry standards
- Lead the Digital Team and be responsible for their performance and development

**What makes you special**
- We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

- Proven experience in guest analytics and success on Guest Knowledge & Engagement strategy within a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven track record of success in a senior digital marketing role, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies
- Previous experience in extensive use of messaging tools for marketing, ideally within the luxury sector
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans
- Ability to combine data from different sources onto an accurate and reliable analysis
- Financial acumen, guest-centric, solution oriented and quality focused
- Able to work well with all levels across the business
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Strong managerial skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
