Front Office Support

Do you enjoy ensuring that everything is running smoothly? Our French front office team needs your support with customer onboarding, invoicing, operations, and reporting. Join the team and contribute to the building of a long-lasting relationship with our Energy stakeholders in the country.

**What you will do**:

- Support proper implementation of commercial business and follow-up with other support functions in Switzerland
- Support the billing department with the French monthly invoicing procedures of non-standard deals
- Support Back Office team with the compilation of French regulatory reports to the public authorities
- Support data reception team and Commercial Onboarding team by being the link with transportation and distribution grids
- Support taxes preparation and declaration in relation with tax lawyer expert
- Be the first point of contact with the relevant customer accounting departments in relation to Account Receivable management

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You have complete Bachelor's Degree (BAC+4)
- You have at least 4 years of professional experience
- You have experience working in an Administration and/or Business Support
- You have good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- You have strong organization skills and are able to balance multiple tasks and priorities
- You are fluent in both English and French
