As a Product Platform Specialist, you will have to Lead cross functional technical team on product development for Innovation & Renovation to deliver on time, at optimized cost and right quality products to the business. Coached by the Platfrom Manager. You will also ensure Product Maintenance, sustainability and operational support for assigned Portfolio. **A day in the life of a: - Develop and DemonstrateTechnical Leadership: - Demonstrate expertise in process and products for your specific platform - Support process and product validation during new line commissioning, new I&R project implementation and operational issues - Demonstrate leadership in project management and coordinate with all technical teams to deliver a project on time and in full - Master project management tool to assess risk and define reliable timeline and forecast with cross functional teams - Support / Provide recommendation to align all factories way of working - Implement I&R strategy, with Manager supervision: - Lead I&R projects with crossfunctional teams - Define and validate with all stakeholders products and process specifications - Ensure alignment and compliance between products and declarations (LSS, packs, advertising) - Perform all industrial tests required (Factory trials, Palatability, digestability,...) - Enable the delivery of all required indicators, deliverables and documentations related to a project - Ensure alignment between new products development and existing technology platforms - Master product superiority: - Ensure maintenance and reliability of product/recipe compliance and Quality - Deliver and perform product assessment with appropriate action plan execution ( panel, tests, consumer complaint review, ) - Perform regular competitor products review and assessment - Support other teams with technical data and recommendations (consumer service, external communication,..) **What will make you sucessful: - A person of integrity: you are convinced that you can do your job in a responsible way. You are eager to learn new things and motivated meet new personalities. - 2-3 years minimum experience in Operations or in product Research & Development and/or product technology - Mastery of English - Food Science background with interest in process - Knowledge about formulation, ideally with skills on our Format software - Factory experience on shop floor and wants to evolve towards projects and transversal leadership - Interest about product development strategy and wants to collaborate with wider teams (Eng., QA, RSA, Marketing, Supply Chain) - Ability to lead or work in/drive cross functional teams as well as work alone - Ability to adapt to change - SAP knowledge is an advantage Do you recognize yourself?
