**About the role**
The project Coordinator is a management expert capable of directing all stages of the implementation of a project, in accordance with the specifications. His responsibilities include project planning, setting deadlines and managing material and human resources.
The project Coordinator reports directly to the Network Development Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Project coordination of multi projects with different partners aiming to accomplish company target.
- Coordination of every step in the cooperation process (e.g. contract, invoicing, plan dates in consultation with International Planning Team, preparation for participants and consultants, surveys, etc.).
- Constantly tracking business development progress, providing periodically monitor for partner performance.
- Liaise with project team members and provide suggestions or solutions to unforeseen issues when needed.
- Supporting Project and program managers with project planning & administration, organizational support for various activities.
- Support the sales team with various organizational matters.
**Required skills, qualifications and experience**
- A relevant education at Higher Vocational (Bachelor) level, such as project management, international business, sales, economics.
- At least 2+ years’ working experience in project management/sales support, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and organization skills on various levels.
- Relevant legal knowledge.
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Structured, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Analytical, curious mindset.
- Solid knowledge and experience with MS Office
- Fluent in English, French & Chinese language.
- EU Driving licence.
