**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of waitstaff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the restaurant's ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation meet fine dining expectations.
- Assist in menu planning, wine pairing suggestions, and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and service techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and fine dining service.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
