**WE ARE RECRUITING THE STAFF FOR OUR NEXT COFFEE SHOP**

Marlette is a small company born on the Île de Ré, in 2010. We manufacture and sell organic baking mix : fondant, madeleines, financial, cookies, to name a few. Our recipes are gourmet. Our ingredient lists are short. And our ingredients are carefully selected.

Passionate about specialty coffee and taste lovers, we opened in 2014 a Coffee Shop: the emblematic Café Marlette located at 51 rue des Martyrs. Our pastries are prepared on site every morning. For lunch, we offer delicious seasonal dishes, homemade of course And of course, we serve exceptional coffee from the Belleville Brûlerie.

Our goal is to develop a network of Cafés Marlette in Paris and throughout France in the coming years.

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

WELCOME
- Welcome and customer support, in good mood.
- Presentation of the menu, the recipes of the day, in a gourmet way.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
- Listen to the customer and answer their questions.
- Make sure that every customer leaves satisfied and happy

SERVICE
- Type and send orders,
- Customers checkouts,
- Skillfully and nimbly perform the serving,
- Cleaning and straightening tables.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
- Help with the maintenance of the coffee shop and the equipments,
- Ensure dishes are clean before storing/serving to customers,
- Perform openings and/or closures, depending on the processes in place,
- Perform simple tasks in the kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS
- You are a fan of the customer experience,
- You are good communicator,
- You have an incredible team spirit

HOURS
- Café Marlette is open only during the day.
- Café Marlette is open every day.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Permanent employment of 35 hours,
- Planned start : as soon as possible,
- Availability required on weekends,
- Hourly rate between 12€ and 13€ per hour + Tips,
- Covering 50% of public transport costs,
- Training at our Belleville Coffee Roaster,
- Mutuelle SideCare.
