- Teil die Deutsch Niederlassung unserer französischen Gruppe, mit internationaler Präsenz (Australien, Kanada,...) zu werden, der sich in voller Expansion befindet und aus Mitarbeitern besteht derzeit 200 -, die es vor allem schätzen, leere Seiten in außergewöhnliche Projekte umzuwandeln;
- Die Gewissheit haben, für die größten industriellen Auftraggeber zu arbeiten, in den Sektoren, die die Welt von morgen gestalten: Lebensmittel, Automobil, Luftfahrt, Bauwesen, Eisenbahn, Energie, Gesundheit, Telekommunikation...;
- An großen Missionen mit weltweiten Auswirkungen teilnehmen, die unsere Zukunft mitgestalten.

**Le poste**:
Sie werden bei folgenden Aufgaben eingesetzt:

- Projektdurchführung und Leistungsverbesserung: Diagnose, Einführung und Verbesserung von Projektmanagementpraktiken (z. B. Co-Planung, Cashflow
- und Ressourcenmanagement), Krisenmanagement (z. B. Schnittstellen und Kommunikationsmanagement, Neudefinition des Bezugssystems, Moderation des Krisenraums);
- Organisationstransformation: Change Management (z. B. Definition der Projekt-/Portfolioorganisation, digitalisierung, Reifegradmeilensteine), Performance Management (z. B. Entscheidungsprozesse, S&OP, Verkürzung der Entwicklungszeit), Einsatz von Methoden (z. B. Agile, Value Earned, etc.);
- Übernahme von Schlüsselpositionen: Programm-/Projektleitung, PMO, Projektleiter, Hauptplaner, etc.

**Profil recherché**:
Ihr Profil:
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften (BAC+5) mit Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement.

Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine erste signifikante Erfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld (Eisenbahn, Verteidigung, Luftfahrt, Energie...).

Planung, Kosten
- und Terminkontrolle sind für Sie kein Geheimnis mehr, Ihre Gewandtheit ermöglicht es Ihnen, erfolgreich Besprechungen zum Projektfortschritt zu leiten und die KPIs sind Ihre besten Anhaltspunkte.
