**_Role & missions_**

Full-time permanent role (CDI) based in Lyon. France.

Starting date ASAP

We are looking for a customer service-oriented IT Technician : working in our IT department, under the responsibility of our IT manager, your goal is to answer queries on technical issues and offer advice to solve them. You will also contribute to the installation and maintenance of computers/IT systems as well as the development and optimization of our processes. You will be responsible for the following missions:

- Operational support to the IT manager
- Plan, setup and configuration of a workstation and its software and hardware components,
- Answer users' IT and technical questions,
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements to increase the quality and standards of IT support
- Respect and help drafting IT processes and help preparing technical documentation and trainings
- Assisting on various projects
- Contribution to the continuity of the system's operation

**Requirements**:
If you would like to join a fast-growing company, in an international environment and have the following profile, this role might be for you:

- Minimum BTS level diploma - BSc/BA degree level (2 years of studies after Baccalauréat level) in IT, Computer Science, systems, networks and support or relevant field
- You have a first experience in a company, ideally in providing Help Desk support and have minimum 2 years of experience (including ‘alternance’)
- You speak and write fluent French and English
- You are customer oriented and cool-tempered and have strong communication and adaptation skills
- You are rigorous and will be able to be independent, suggest solutions and take initiatives to carry out your missions
- Technical environment:

- Knowledge of operating environments (OS Windows PC and Servers)
- Knowledge and proficiency in the main tools (Azure/Entra, MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint...)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Creation / maintenance of processes
- Knowledge about network (DHCP, DNS, IP,FIREWALL,..)
- Security and compliance awareness
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
