TikTok's Partnerships team sits within our Operations team whose goal is to understand and champion the needs of our creators and communities and celebrate the diversity and creativity of our users & our platform. Our team vision is to amplify the power of our global community and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are. The local Partnerships team is focused on delivering key local content activations, as well as identifying, curating, developing and highlighting trends and premium content on the platform across core pillars of Music, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming, Lifestyle & Education and Emerging Verticals.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of PGC/PUGC accounts for the Entertainment vertical
- Establish key local strategic content partnerships in order to drive vertical content growth
- Run locally the Entertainment vertical global strategy, working closely with regional and global teams
- Daily manage Entertainment key local partners
- Analyze ROI and partner performance key metrics to evaluate data both quantitatively and draw executable insights to support Entertainment vertical growth locally
- Support cross-functional projects and stakeholders with up-to-date analysis and expertise on the state of TikTok content within the Entertainment Vertical and proactively educate business units and partners on trends and opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent
- 5 years of work experience in an external facing partner role in Entertainment, Television, Media or Internet, working with content creators
- Strong network within France Entertainment industry
- Good understanding of the Entertainment local landscape
- Experience with business development and content development business
- Account management skills and time flexibility
- Ownership to cover the whole partner and creator acquisition chain (pitch, acquisition, retention, partnership)
- Ability to execute strategies and plans according to management planning
- Strong organizational, analytical, strategic thinking skills and a strong ability to collaborate cross function
- Strong communication and time-management skills. creative, and energetic.
- Paris based - Fluent French speaker
