Vous souhaitez relever un défi stratégique dans un groupe international de mode premium reconnu, qui vit actuellement une réorganisation d’envergure en Europe ?

Ce poste est l’opportunité de rejoindre une structure en pleine mutation, où votre rôle de HR Business Partner Retail sera clé pour accompagner la transformation du réseau et soutenir les managers sur le terrain.

Rattaché.e à la DRH France, vous êtes le relais RH sur un périmètre Retail. Votre rôle est à la fois stratégique et opérationnel, en lien direct avec les Directeurs Régionaux et les équipes Retail.

Vos missions:

- Être le partenaire RH de proximité des équipes retail
- Piloter les KPIs RH et élaborer des plans d’action en lien avec les Directeurs Régionaux, Finance et Retail pour optimiser la performance des magasins.
- Développer les talents et compétences
- Assurer le suivi du cycle annuel RH
- Déployer les projets RH locaux et européens et relayer la communication RH.
Veiller à la conformité en matière de droit social et bonnes pratiques RH.**Profil**:

- 7-10 ans d’expérience en tant que HRBP, dans un environnement retail mode.
- Solides compétences en droit social et capacité à gérer des situations sensibles.
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles, à l’aise avec des Directeurs Régionaux seniors.
- Sens du business et du résultat, avec une vraie culture data & KPIs.
- Très organisé.e, autonome, rigoureux.se et orienté.e solutions.
- Capacité à influencer et à accompagner le changement avec impact.
- Français courant et anglais professionnel indispensables.
