SantéVet is the market leader in pet health insurance in France and Belgium, with established operations in Germa and Spain.

SantéVet was founded in 2003 in Lyon by Jérôme Salord, and now employs around 400 people in Lyon, Lille, Barcelona and Frankfurt. **Your mission?**

As the Learning Experience Expert, you will be a vital member of the Academy Team (5 people) within our HR department.

This role will be key to upscale our training programs effectiveness as you will help us shape the learning agenda of the

organisation.

Under the responsibility of the Head of Academy, you will work closely with other stakeholders: internal business partners, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition.

In this role, you will be helping people learn and grow in an effective and engaging manner in order to support the company strategy. You will help implement, develop and deliver digital learning experiences covering a wide range of competences based

on our organization needs and strong corporate culture.

Your main responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:

- Build interactive, high-impact and innovative training solutions and/or help upgrading existing ones
- Propose and create learning experiences in a variety of formats
- Ensure effective development and delivery of creative and innovative trainings
- Support Learning Innovation in the Academy to better engage and support learners
- Develop solutions with the team to push social, adaptative and blended learning
- Monitor training plans and consistently measure their effectiveness

**Your background?**
- You hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degrees in Marketing/Teaching/Pedagogy or relevant field
- You demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience creating interactive eLearning modules using major LMS and various digital learning tools (including visual design skills & video), you’re able to provide an eLearning portfolio or demonstrate ability to create high-quality eLearning products
- You are able to write effectively learning material, storyboards, instructional texts, pedagogical scripts in English and French
- Your English is fluent (B2 level minimum)
- You are autonomous, positively passionate, a strong communicator, a team player, you know how to share best practices (not reinvent the wheel though), a good listener, agile with strong change management skills. You show an appetite to work on an international environment

The role is based in Lyon with the opportunity to work from home an average of 2 days per week.
