AXA Partners aims at becoming AXA Group preferred networks & service company and a powerhouse for partnerships development. The France Solution Delivery team is a key enabler for this business transformation (with key topics on offer, distribution, operations and network management), being able to advise local and regional business on technology choices, while ensuring the consistency of the regional solution offer with AXA Partners IT strategy.

In the same time, to be able to profitably scale up its model and improve its ability to invest, AXA Partners must strongly reduce the fragmentation of the IT landscape, all the more in a context of tight financial margins. Solution delivery will play an active role to optimize the IT delivery effort by activating capacity management, sourcing and applicative convergence levers.
- You will contribute to the deployment group assets and the management of local assets
You will seize convergence opportunities in order to rationalize, mutualize and optimize the solution offer
And you will get the most out of the outsourcing partner in order to industrialize the delivery

Finally, AXA Partners IT must thrive to ensure the right level of performance and service quality in order to meet business expectations.

Besides, you must encourage and maintain continuous improvement process of work practices and delivery quality

Your missions will include:

- Contribute to the IT delivery of projects for both global and local assets:
From business requirements to E2E testing phase
Ensure smooth delivery including BAU Target Operating model
- Manage operationally the delivery of BAU:
Monitor corrective and evolutive maintenance for local solutions
Report on SLAs to France IT Management and business stakeholders
Ensure IT Service Continuity Management as per business expectations
- Follow DevOps and Agile principles
- Document and maintain the Applications repository

**Your Profile** Required profile**:
***Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

Technical skills:

- +3 years of experience in a context of matrix and regional organizations
- Technical background (solution delivery, software development, software architecture, solution design )
- Proficient in Python with experience of data analysis using Pandas library
- Knowledge of existing and new technologies (eg Cloud, Content Management Systems, PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, API management )
- Fast IT focused: ability to leverage AGILE methodologies, DevOps and other rapid development frameworks

Soft skills:

- Customer centric
- Community management
- Reactivity and ability to anticipate
- Resilience and rigor skills
- Fluent in English
- Pragmatic and result oriented

***Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience**
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science or BAC+5 Engineering School (“Grande Ecole”)
- DevOps certification or at least understanding of DevOps practices
- Strong Security and Operational resilience background
