**Sage Parts** continually works to increase parts availability for our customers by offering a constantly updated inventory of every part for every GSE brand and model. We redesign many parts to enhance quality and provide superior performance and reliability under the harshest airport ramp conditions.
Our customers range from the most prominent international air carriers to the smallest regional airlines; freight carriers, package companies, ground handling companies, GSE service and maintenance companies, GSE manufacturers, and parts resellers.

Advanced use of ERP systems in a distribution environment.
100% fluent in French and English (verbal and written), Spanish would be a plus.
Minimum 3 - 5 years supervisory experience.
**Main Tasks**:
He or she will also work closely with our main customer portfolio to make sure we deliver
service level as per contractual agreements.
Lead, support, drive, motivate and back up EMEIA CSR Team
- 9 people
- 3 in CDG and 2 in BOD
- 2 in UK (MAN)
- 2 in Dubai (DXB).
Monitor CSR time to execute, quality of work and productivity.
Organize and coordinate the reporting and flow of priorities with Supply Chain and
Purchasing on Backlog.
Train and maintain team professional knowledge to ensure all staff members are following
procedures and provide solutions to customer in due time.
Ability to work 360 and interact with SAGE other departments (Sourcing, Purchasing,
Pricing, Operations and Sales)
Strong skills in Microsoft office package with strong excel ability.
Knowledge or experience in global automotive parts industry distribution and marketplace

1. Time to respond to customers
2. Time to process orders
3. Time to deliver and open orders aging
4. Returns and claims aging
5. Accuracy of the invoicing process
