About the Role

To support our TMR Reliability Team located in Grenoble, we are looking for a dedicated individual with semiconductor and/or magnetic device reliability expertise to lead reliability characterization programs on future products. In this context, you will act as the reliability voice for all TMR product development projects, identifying critical reliability risks, assessing mitigation paths, and investigating potential improvement actions in close collaboration with R&D engineers and Sensor Product system engineers.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate short and long-term test planning to meet product reliability targets and program timelines.- Provide conceptual and technical support in the development and implementation of reliability excellence activities, identifying and prioritizing reliability hardware, software and test protocol needs.- Ensure complete documentation and maximum automation of measurement data, analysis and project outcome.- Be responsible for communication and collaboration with R&D engineers and Sensor Product system engineers to deliver comprehensive reliability performance reports and identify reliability challenges for future TMR products.- Provide specialized expertise to define effective reliability plans and clear performance reports to internal and external customers as required.- Provide long-term comparison and analysis of TMR sensor performance across product families and generations

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics, Materials Science.- At least 3+ years of xperience in the field of Reliability, project management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.- Hands-on experience with semiconductor test hardware and software.- Solid understanding of semiconductor reliability principles.- Skills in statistics, accelerated lifetime, mean time to failure modeling.- Experience with statistical analysis software (JMP, Minitab, R).- Ability to work effectively as part of an international team.- Problem-solving skills and keen awareness of the critical importance of reliability in products.- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
