YOUR MISSIONS
You analyze, verify, and consolidate commercial, operational, and financial information to provide maximum visibility on the activity of the shipping line, thus optimizing decision-making in the various departments of the Group as a member of the Business Control team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You analyze the existing internal control system and conduct interviews with operational staff.
You draft and update internal control procedures and develop risk and control matrices.
You design control monitoring tools and participate in defining test plans.
You prepare training materials and help disseminate information related to internal control.
You conduct regulatory and normative monitoring and provide administrative and logístical support to the department.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Commerce.
A first short experience in business control would be a plus.
You are proficient in computer and office tools (especially Excel).
Your analytical mind and organizational skills, combined with your open-mindedness and good interpersonal skills, will be assets for success in this position.
Your English is operational.
