France > Paris Charles de Gaulle **Director of Finance**: **The Opportunity** TCR Group is the leading European provider of integrated solutions for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in the aviation industry. As a **Director of Finance** you report to the General Manager France. You ensure a smooth and efficient running of finance, accounting and business controlling processes for our French entity. **A snapshot of what you will be doing here**: - You will be part of the senior management team of TCR France - Developing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections. - Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations on financial strategy and decision-making. - Support the development of TCR’s business in France by supporting operations and management with financial responsibilities. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the French entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. - Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports. - Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. - Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. - Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions. - Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures. - Manage and coach the finance team. **We are looking for an individual who has**: - A Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. - At least 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least a few years in a management role. - Strong people management skills in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A knowledge of French GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - A flexible, ambitious and positive mindset, with a strong business acumen. - A perfect understanding of both French and English **❤️ We think you will love working with us**: Next to a base remuneration varying according to profile, we propose: - 13th month - Profit-sharing and incentive scheme - A company car - Attractive company medical insurance - A company with short decision lines where our employees are central to the success of the company and where we live by our company values - An environment where you can develop and grow.
