- We are now looking for a permanent **Parts Order Coordinator M/F/d**to join our dynamic Sales team of 7 persons in Special Applications for Nuclear and Military customers. You will be part of a global organization working mainly for our customer EDF and internal/external customers to execute offers and sales orders, exchanging and providing critical information throughout the sales and logistic process to multiple stakeholders in France and abroad. The preferred location for the position is in Mulhouse, France but also Surgères, France is a possible location.
**What will you be doing**
- In this position, your work will focus on the execution of inquiries and orders as per nuclear and customers’ requirements.
**As a Part Order Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities**:
- Process inquiries from external and internal customers
- Monitor progress of quotations
- Create and monitor sales orders/service orders/warranty orders for timely parts deliveries
- Clarify customers’ requirements and part numbers with support of stakeholders, create Technical Requests
- Create and process customer claims
- Coordinate daily activities and urgent requests with relevant stakeholders to find satisfactory solutions
**To be successful in this role, we would expect you to have**:
- A BTEC Higher National Diploma (BTS/DUT) in international commerce
- A previous experience in Export Sales, Sales administration
- Strong team, relationships and communication skills
- Organization skills and resistance to potential stressful situations
- Being a team player, social and easy-going with cross cultural understanding are a plus
- High level of integrity as per Wartsila Code of Conduct
- Knowledge of SAP SD module is a plus
- Fluent French and good level in English are mandatory
