**ROLE**:
Within the maritime commercial agency, you will have to follow up booking operations as well as the operational achievement of transport activities, in compliance with clients’ expectations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As the intermediary between clients and internal teams (operations, documentation, commercial), you will have to ensure the quality of the service delivered to clients.
In that capacity, you will have to optimise booking operations and follow them up, through the acceptance and verification of commercial terms previously determined and the prompt confirmation of achievements.
You will have to deal with the space available on board of vessels for the line you will manage.
You will have to monitor the progress of operations and advise clients on operational and documentation aspects and, if need be, take the necessary measures.
You will have to make sure containers are in compliance with the regulation in force (customs, procedures for dangerous goods as well as quality of taxation).
Finally, you will have to ensure the compliance with Quality, Safety and Security procedures in force within the Group.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
You have a postgraduate degree (+3/4 years) in Transport, Logistics or International Trade and a 6-year experience in a similar position.
Your proficiency in English enables you to work independently in an international environment.
Your interpersonal and organisational skills as well as your responsiveness will help you to be successful in the performance of your duties.
