**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Pure Storage France is seeking a dynamic and driven **Sales Hunter** to join our **High-Commercial** team in Paris. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing new business, working with our channel resellers and key customer accounts. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in the **Enterprise and Strategic Mid-Market private sector.**

You will be responsible for **accelerating Pure’s footprint in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) segment** in France—an area of strategic growth. You’ll prospect into high-potential mid-market accounts and further develop existing relationships, supporting our mission to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions to the market.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
As an Account Executive, you will:

- **Promote Innovative Solutions**: Advocate for our all-flash enterprise storage technology.
- **Build Relationships**: Foster strong connections with MSP customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term growth.
- **Lead and Strategize**: Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers and expand within existing ones.
- **Drive Prospection Excellence**: Actively identify and engage new MSP and service provider prospects to build a robust pipeline.
- **Manage Sales Pipeline**: Execute daily prospecting activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- **Collaborate with Partners**: Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Pure Storage effectively.
- **Execute Account Strategies**: Implement targeted strategies to consistently close new business.
- **Deliver Results**: Surpass quotas, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business.
- **Communicate Effectively**: Present proposals highlighting Pure Storage’s business value and technical differentiation.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- **Sales Passion**: A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
- **MSP Experience**: Experience with direct and indirect sales in the MSP or service provider space, especially within the mid-market.
- **Prospecting Skills**: Demonstrated success in prospecting into new accounts—this is a hunter role.
- **Partner Collaboration**: Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- **Proven Success**: A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Solid understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture; infrastructure background highly valued.
- **Technical Acumen**: Capable of leading infrastructure sales conversations with technical stakeholders.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent time management and communication abilities.
- **Experience**: 8+ years of field sales experience.
- **Language Skills**: Professional written & verbal French and professional English proficiency required.
