The Engagement team aims to create a personalised & trusted relationship with users through their customer journey, by curating tailored experiences and guiding them with relevant content across our owned channels (Merch & CRM), in order to boost engagement and become the destination to buy, sell or recycle electronics devices.

**Your Mission (If You Accept It)**:
- Support the creation of the CRM animation plan in accordance with the objectives for the markets.
- Support the campaign creation effort in our CRM tool Braze, working closely with our brand managers and copywriters.
- Analyze our campaign's results and provide recommendations to the team.

**You’re At The Right Place If**:
- Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship starting in September or October 2025
- English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak Spanish or German, bonus points for you
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are creative, you have an experimentation and testing mindset
- You can work independently and take initiative in projects
- You have a previous experience in marketing, a big plus if it was in CRM
- If you have basic html knowledge and you’ve already used a CRM campaign management tool: big plus

**About the Apprenticeship**:
- Starting date is from September / October 2025.
- Duration: 12 months ideally.
- Location: Paris, France.
- You must be enrolled in a work-study program (formation en alternance) with a French school.

**Recruitment Process**:
- Video-call Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30min)
- Technical test (home assignment)
- Video-call Interview with Emma, the direct manager and Senior CRM Manager, and Marine, our Senior Lead Customer Experience (1hour)
