Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a ** Support Engineer - Data Analysis ** to join their pro ject in ** France.**

- You will be responsible for the collection of data on failures occurring on our client's product lines - all types of ATA- The creation of a centralized database and the compilation of this data (retranscription on Spotfire software),- The detailed analysis and assessment of this data for each product range, in order to identify possible recurring problems and to pass on the information.
**Task**:
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and publish them to the Manager,- Carry out data analysis on request and draw conclusions,- Suggest areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent,- A first level of experience of approximately 2 years, or a significant internship in a similar position,- Knowledge of Spotfire software,- Knowledge of Excel (macro, VBA) and the incident tool Webtek would be a plus,- A quick-witted, autonomous and versatile profile is a must,- Good communication skills are required.
