Our Design Team consists of Graphic Designers, Product Designers, Illustrators, Motion Designers, Copywriters, and UX Researchers. As a team, we work on delivering a seamless user experience from the very first interaction through to employment and beyond.

**We are looking for a passionate Illustrator and Graphic Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging illustrations and graphic designs that enhance our students' learning experience.**

**Requirements**:

- Have experience in an educational field.
- Can translate complex concepts into engaging visuals using simple yet creative metaphors.
- Work with vector formats and use Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
- Fluent in English. B2 level with basic fluency is enough.
- Have good communication skills and are able to work collaboratively with a remote team.
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and diversity, creating illustrations that reflect a wide range of cultures and identities.

What you will do:

- Collaborate with content authors to understand the content and goals of each lesson.
- Create clear and visually appealing illustrations.
- Design simple graphic elements, ensuring consistency in style and branding.
- Ensure consistency in style, color schemes, and overall visual identity in line with the bootcamp's branding.
- Revise and refine illustrations and graphic designs based on feedback from the team.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.

**Guidlines**
- We’ve created one illustration style for all TripleTen’s programs so we can reuse all pictures in our content and, moreover, across all design layouts. This gives us consistency and flexibility. We ask you to look through our **Illustration Guidelines** and **US Brand Guidelines** to see if you can and are comfortable working with it.

- Monthly compensation of $2,000 - $ 2,500 pending aligned experience and skill.
