Position Overview:
Egencia’s global design team is seeking User Experience Designers who:

- Engage with our passion for travel innovation
- Create clarity from complexity, and lead by doing.
- Can transform feedback from our 8+ million users into intuitive products that empower millions of business travelers, travel coordinators, and agents.

**Responsibilities**:
UX Designers at Egencia lead the end-to-end UX research and high-fidelity UI Design for projects from product discovery to development review. This position is for a UX designer II to work on various project (transportation, sustainability...).

What You'll Do:

- Lead Design thinking workshops
- Partner with Product managers, developers, analytics and data science teams both across the product and in your product domain
- Work within our Design system
- Design high-fidelity, mobile-first solutions in Figma
- Translate user research and survey insights into new hypotheses.
- Collaborate closely with developers to evaluate concept feasibility.
- Run remote un-moderated user tests to validate designs with users
- Advocate for UX best practices and research methodologies
- Advocate and design for accessibility standards

Competencies:
Who You Are:

- Experience working with B2B SAAS or Ecommerce solutions. Designing for Banking, ecommerce, or previous experience working on Air or travel booking products.
- A strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating an array of mobile first product design work
- Expert in Figma and advanced Design Systems knowledge
- Experience conducting remote user tests and writing surveys
- Comfortable with mobile-first designs for a variety of device experiences.
- A Master in Design thinking and an advocate for the UX research process
- Familiar with accessibility standards
