**We currently have a full time opportunity to join us as our Regional Principal**

**The vacancy is a hybrid role shared between home office.**

**What will you be doing?**:

- Ensuring consistency in the delivery of the curriculum, & school operations.
- Upholding and maintaining the Global vision, values, and strategy.
- Strategically directing the work of District/Campus Principals.
- Deliver a consistent strategy for Campus support and communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide professional coaching and mentoring to District/Campus Principals driving quality, consistency, accountability and impact of leadership at every level in the Campus.
- Implementation and maintenance of Timetables and Curriculums.
- Lead whole-staff meetings, student assemblies, parent meetings and webinars as required.
- Hold senior educational leaders and District/Campus Principals to account for maintaining Campus resources in line with the budget.
- Provide accurate budget forecasts in line with the Global budgeting cycle.

- Experience in a principal or senior educational leadership position.
- A successful teacher.
- Experience leading a modern learning environment.
- Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience leading change.
