You will be responsible for working inbound leads as well as proactively prospecting large target accounts. The Account Executive must develop and demonstrate a clear understanding of the SaaS industry and manage the full sales cycle process.

To thrive in this role, the Account Executive will need to adeptly navigate and close through complex sales situations, continuously develop their technical acumen in the Test Automation space, manage their pipeline with high attention to detail, and exhibit strong peer-to-peer leadership qualities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive Sales for Tricentis NeoLoad solution.
- Work closely with customers and prospects to help them understand NeoLoad, its ability to deliver better time to market, efficiencies and modernise their testing approach to reduce risk.
- Conduct in-depth sales discovery meetings, assist with demos, host technical pilots working closely with pilot engineers and leadership to win technical decisions. Next, work directly with customers and the sales team to build the business case for NeoLoad implementation.
- Work in collaboration with Business Development Reps to prospect daily for new business leads and opportunities.
- Establish effective sales strategies and plays, that result in new logo business generation and expanding current business within assigned territory.
- Schedule and complete weekly activities which include face-to-face meetings with customers and manage your Sales activities for NeoLoad solutions in assigned region.
- Ensure the value the NeoLoad product can provide is properly conveyed during the sales cycle.
- Document daily activity in SalesForce to track performance.
- Update sales business plans monthly to optimize sales results.
- Work closely with your team and other departments to coordinate of business development, marketing, RFPs, demos, legal contracts and implementation of software and ensure client satisfaction.
- Work in conjunction with Sales, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Product leadership to develop and execute overarching team selling strategies.
- Achieve annual sales targets and quarterly quotas on a consistent basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Has track record of at least 5 years as a salesperson
- Understands the Application Performance Testing/ Management space.
- Ability to deal with complex sales cycles.
- A persistent and determined mind-set
- Proven track record of overachievement in direct software sales.
