**The role**

Crystalchain is looking for Carbon Technical Specialist. You will play a crucial role in onboarding the customers as well as improving our Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) framework.

Strong analytical skills, LCA expertise is required, carbon finance and/or background in a particular project type, interdisciplinary thinking, and ability to work independently are critical for this position.
- Work on our dMRV framework to track carbon removal projects with carbon registries (Puro.earth, Verra, Carbon standard international).
- Define the Life Cycle Analysis framework & the traceability requirements for biochar carbon projects.
- Conduct Life Cycle Analysis on our specialized software and following Puro.earth requirements.
- Advice projects when it is needed on technical questions (pyrolysis processes )
- Onboard project developers on our platform.
- Provide feedbacks to the product team.
- Build strong relations with our customers.

**Your profile**
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project design development of VCM carbon credit projects doing LCA is required.
- Expertise in Biochar is not compulsory but preferable.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across different time zones.
- Ambition to participate in the improvement of the impact on the environment
- You are concerned about climate issues and you want to contribute to them through industrial solutions.
