Customer Success Manager

Carbon Maps is the
first environmental accounting platform for the food sector
. Our mission is to help the food industry reduce its environmental footprint, by collecting and analyzing data at all stages of the food chain, from farmers to consumers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work directly with the Head of Customer Success and
participate in client projects from framing to implementation
.
Contribute to Customer Success activities (70%):
- Frame and manage the entire project (consulting, LCA, specific modules, etc.)
- Ensure data collection (clients, partners, and suppliers)
- Coordinate actions with the Data Science and Product teams
- Provide client support after Go-Live
- Participate in platform training
Contribute to Pre-Sales activities (20%):
- Participate in commercial meetings
- Prepare demos if necessary
Contribute to the improvement of our platform (10%):
- Synthesize field feedback for the product team
- Test new platform functionalities before releases
YOUR PROFILE
- You are a graduate of a Grande Ecole of Engineering / Business
- You have between 5 to 7 years of experience in SaaS (Carbon Footprint, LCA, Carbon Pathway...)
- You have a strong interest in the agri-food sector and climate issues
- You possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- You are autonomous, motivated, and proactive
- You have a perfect command of Excel
- You are fluent in French and English to help us develop Carbon Maps in Europe
