**Description du poste**:
Horace recherche un(e) Customer Experience Specialist à partir du mois de septembre pour compléter la team Customer. La Team Customer a pour mission d’offrir la meilleure expérience client aux utilisateurs de notre marque.
**Responsabilités**:
Au sein de l’équipe Customer Experience et rattaché(e) au Head of Customer Experience, ta mission sera de répondre à toutes les questions des utilisateurs.
Tes missions seront:
- Développer une expertise de la marque et de nos produits afin de répondre aux problématiques des clients (aider à trouver les bons produits, passer commande, les utiliser, etc.)
- Créer et développer une relation de confiance avec nos clients afin de les fidéliser
- Proposer des manières d’améliorer notre service, de le rendre toujours plus efficace et d’être plus utile pour nos clients
- Transmettre les retours clients à nos différentes teams (Product, Creative, Marketing, Operations, Tech et Retail) afin d’améliorer l’expérience utilisateur
**Profil recherché**:
- Tu as 1 an d'expérience et déjà eu une première expérience similaire
- Tu es une personne à l’écoute, empathique et positive
- Tu aimes la relation client, tu ne t’arrêtes pas tant que tes clients ne sont pas satisfaits
- Tu sais résoudre des problèmes rapidement
- Tu as une excellente communication écrite et orale
- Tu es à l’aise à l’anglais (oral & écrit) et tu aimes travailler dans un contexte international
**Déroulement du process de recrutement**:
- Un **1er screening avec notre Head of Talent Acquisition**, pour mieux te connaitre
- Un **questionnaire** pour tester tes connaissances techniques
- Un **entretien avec notre Head of Customer Experience**, pour te parler du poste, t’expliquer notre façon de fonctionner et voir si cela s’aligne avec ton profil, mais aussi pour répondre à tes questions
- Un **entretien fit** pour rencontrer tes futurs collègues
