As our business is growing with double digits market penetration year on year, we are now looking for a highly motivated **Sales Manager** to join our energetic French sales team. Your main responsibility is to help our customers make life accessible, focusing on Marseilles - Montpellier - Toulouse area**.**
**As a** **Sales Manager **your key **responsibilities and tasks **are**
- To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, site visits and other means of generating interest along with responsibility for maintaining, growing, nurturing, and developing existing key accounts.
- To grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new products, solutions and services to clients by working with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.
- To create market pull for products, support and train the dealer partners and designers and also help the end customers by defining their needs and offering suitable solutions from the product offering.
- To actively develop partner network in the area and support of the end customers.
- To proactively participate in the marketing of the products and solutions by promoting iLOQ brand on relevant business fairs, events, and social media.
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- You have degree from relevant field
- Prior experience within technical sales or systems/technical solutions in multi residential segment with proven track record of sales achievements
- Prior experience within security business
- Technical knowledge of locking systems is an advantage
- Ability to develop long term customer relationships
- Good communication skills, fluent French, and good level of English
- Self-driven team player, entrepreneurial attitude
- Hunter mentality, being eager to achieve results
- Willingness to travel, driver’s license
- Good IT skills
