Nous recherchons un Team Leader (H/F) pour l'un de nos clients basé à Libourne (33).

Nous recherchons un Team Leader IT (H/F) pour l'un de nos clients basé à Libourne (33).
Poste à pourvoir ASAP, en CDI.
Anglais technique (écrit et oral) obligatoire.
**Vos missions se définissent en 2 axes principaux**:
**1. L'animation d'équipe**:
? Encadrement et développement des compétences des techniciens de proximités
? Gestion des plannings
**2. L'organisation de l'activité**:
? Supervision des activités (piloter et prioriser les tickets)
? Analyse de l'état de l'activité
? Mise en place des préconisations
? Pilotage de différents sites
Vous avez idéalement de l'expérience en tant que technicien support de proximité.
Technical skills
Vous possédez une expérience similaire d'au moins 1 ans.
Vous possédez une expertise dans le support aux utilisateurs et avez une forte expérience dans la relation client.
Vous avez à c?ur la satisfaction des utilisateurs.
Le management de vos collaborateurs est pour vous au centre de vos actions.
Vous maitrisez à travers un ITSM, la gestion des incidents et des demandes de service.
Vous êtes autonome dans l'utilisation des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et savez réaliser des reportings.
Vous connaissez les principes d'ITIL et vous êtes le premier acteur de l'amélioration continue.
Soft skills
Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, méthodique et avec de bonnes capacités d'adaptation.
