**We are the 1st legal AI platform that allows lawyers to free themselves from repetitive and time-consuming tasks**, to concentrate on the essential, at all stages of their work: whether it is understanding a file, searching for information or drafting documents.

Our ambition goes beyond borders**:we aim to build the European leader in legal AI**. After France, we have already launched Doctrine in Italy, and are **currently working on our expansion in Germany** with a very strong conviction: we must think globally, with local implementation.

This is why we work as close as possible to the needs of our clients and strive to understand very carefully the subtleties of each legal system. And this is just the beginning

MISSIONS

We are therefore **looking for our first Account Executive in Germany,**to take responsibility for the German market.

You will be **in charge of the complete sales cycle on the German market, from prospecting to closing.**

To do this, you will need to understand our customers and their drivers and collaborate with product, sales ops and marketing to make this launch a success.
- Prospect and rely on inbound to have enough opportunities
- Achieve the monthly objectives set by the company in your market segment
- Master the issues of prospects with finesse, build relevant Go-to-market strategies
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to demos, through to negotiation and closing
- Continuously share your learnings on the German market with the internal Germany squad

PROFIL
- **You speak German fluently (and english)**:

- **Experience in sales and in particular in selling a SaaS solution**:

- A hunter's temperament and the ambition to exceed your sales objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills: you listen actively, you are emphatic, precise and direct.
- An extremely high level of rigor
- Strong ownership and a taste for challenge: you want to evolve in a demanding environment, you like to be incentivized and you are motivated by the principle of an uncapped variable
- Knowledge of the legal sector is a plus

Occasional travel possible in Germany

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- An initial **30-minute discussion with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers** to fully understand your professional project and present to you what we are building at Doctrine
- **A 1-hour meeting with your future manager**, to detail the position and the scope of the team, but also to answer all your questions.
- One or two **technical tests** to concretely assess your skills
- **A visit to our offices for: a lunch with 3 people from different departments at Doctrine**, to give you an overview of your future colleagues; an exchange on the company's values to share our vision with you, and a meeting with our CEO, Guillaume.
