Do you have a strong background and passion for managing a technical team? Then you might be the person we are looking for We are now looking for a Technical Manager who will lead a European technical support team.

You will join us on our fantastic journey from one of our offices in Europe. This position reports to the Global Technical Director of the Business Unit Nord-Lock and is part of the technical support team with members from different countries in Europe, with the ambition to support, challenge and develop each other daily.

**The role as Technical Manager**:
As our Technical Manager your mission will be to:
Manage the European technical support team by ensuring the proper execution of processes, maintaining smooth communication flow between different parties, and reviewing and approving various generated documents. You will also oversee the development of the team’s skills to maintain a high level of expertise in technical support.

As a leader and key member of the technical team, provide support to clients and key geographical areas within the European region.

Oversee the organization of the test center located in Lyon, ensure the monitoring and maintenance of infrastructures and equipment, and plan potential investments.

Maintain regular communication with the sales organization through active participation in meetings and frequent interactions with the sales managers of European countries and regions.

Under the supervision of the Technical Director, report on the activities of your team.

**Requirements**:

- A mechanical engineering degree.
- At least 5 years’ experience in an industrial company.
- 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English language.
- Preferably based in Lyon region (France)
