Within P&C Business Transformation’s Operational Excellence team you will closely be partnering with the business, with the aim to actively identify improvement areas, structuring, planning and leading cross-functional end-to-end projects from start to completion. As such you will manage process optimization and reorganization projects and will lead the deployment of continuous improvement. You support, train and coach managers, experts, and business process owners to endorse a continual culture of change. **Key duties and responsibilities** - Carry out organizational diagnostics and feasibility/opportunity analysis - Lead transformation projects (organizational simplification, process optimization & automation.) - Support departments and teams in the analysis of their organization and their processes and in the deployment of identified improvements - Analyze maturity of current work practices of a team or a department (communication and monitoring, share best practices, problem solving, skills & people development) propose improvement actions and coach teams through implementation - Deploy appropriate methodologies to problem solving and support teams to solve problems. - Elicit and analyze process related business requirements and areas for improvement - Analyze, define, and document business processes. Complete “as is" and “to be" process flow descriptions and diagrams using enterprise process architecture framework and tools - Document global improved standards and local deviations. Work with regions and locations to ensure new standards are understood and followed - Drive decisions by analyzing data and providing insights - Ensure appropriate control and quality frameworks are in place for the effectiveness of a process - Ensure global/local SOPs are aligned with functional guidelines (through regional practice leads and experts) - Contribute to the analysis of the impacts of the transformation on the organization, the business, the tools, and the culture of the company. - Define and implement change management strategies and plans, in line with the impacts collected and analyzed. - Participate in the construction and animation of operational excellence training and awareness - At least 8 years of experience. - Experience in a company and/or a consulting firm on transformation topics and deployment of organizational change in financial services. - Experience of process improvement and process review methodologies : Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
