The Distribution Sales Assistant adapts and implements the sales support strategy for the distribution channel and provides administrative and sales support to internal and external customers. He/she defines and implements the internal customer support processes in order to achieve the expected levels of service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Create and implement the strategy to support the distribution customers.
- Demonstrate initiative in the creation of reporting content and process automation, ensures strategic follow-up of implemented initiatives
- Participate in key objectives and ensure they are met for customer support.
- Develop, implement and maintain customer support processes.
- Participate in developing projects related to customer support (e.g. tools, skills, resources).
- Ensure resolution of customer issues (e.g., tracking numbers, contract and BFA management, payment) by coordinating with sales, operations, and other internal and/or external teams.
- Ensure that complete demand processing (e.g. SFDC offer, sales reporting, sales analysis, contracts...) is in place.
- Implement regular reporting and statistics on the customer support process. Review and analyze performance against standards and prepare improvement plans.
- Ensure a mission of commercial support in relation to the strategy of the distribution channel and punctually visits customers (or reception of customers in the Beynost office).

**Your background**:

- Minimum higher education degree (Bac+3) in administrative and commercial management.
- At least 5 years of recognized experience in the sector of activity in a similar position.
- Mastery of computer tools and customer management software (SAP, SFDC, VISTEX + excellent mastery of Excel).
- Good level of English and French.
- Ability to listen and to lead change.
- Ability to work independently and in a team and to make decisions.
- Versatility, ability to manage several files/timelines in parallel, attention to detail and curiosity.
- Interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze information.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
